Custom tinted paints are not eligible for refund or exchange. This is standard practice across the industry.
Manufacturer's Standard Whites may be eligible for refund/exchange within 15 days of invoice date. Products being considered for return, must be unopened/original packaging and in good condition. Eligible products may be returned to the store.
No Refunds without copy of store invoice and original credit card.
Any shipping fees paid for delivery are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
We are sorry that we do not accept Farrow & Ball wallpaper, archive colours, special orders for refund or exchange.
Where goods delivered are received damaged or incorrect against the order please notify us within 24 hours of delivery in order for replacement goods to be resent free of charge. No claims will be accepted after the 24 hours.
